Eclipta alba is a petite, multibranched annual herbaceous plant characterized by white flower heads, belonging to the composite family. The leaves measure 4-10 cm in length and 0.8-2 cm in width, while the plant can reach up to 90 cm in height. It features slender, stiff hairs, reddish stems, and a tendency to root at the lower nodes.
