Rosehip, the fruit of the rose plant, yields extract powder obtained from its seeds and shells. Abundant in vitamin C, it also contains a rich array of 32 minerals and vitamins, including beta-carotene, bioflavonoids, calcium, citrates, citric acid, iron malates, malic acid, niacin, phosphorus, as well as vitamins A, B1, B2, E, and K. While the fruit is typically red to orange, certain rose species may display a dark purple hue.
