Description: Trees up to 12 m tall. Young branches tomentose. Leaves typically measure 4.5 to 11 centimeters in length and 2.5 to 4.5 centimeters in width, displaying an ovate shape with an acuminate apex, usually subacute, and occasionally showing unequal bases.Flowers white, bisexual, in terminal, panicles, corymbose cymes; peduncle 1.8 – 3.5 cm long. Calyx up to 2 mm long; lobes 5, obscure. Corolla lobes 5, each 4-5 mm long, oblong elliptic, reflexed. Stamens 5 free; filaments 3-4 mm long.
