Botanical name: Arctium lappa
Other name: bardana, beggar’s buttons, clotbur, edible burdock, Fructus arctii, great bur, great burdocks, lappa, and Niu Bang Zi .
Burdock root extracts are present in numerous herbal preparations and homeopathic remedies.
