Derived from the chickpea legume (Cicer Arietinum) and dissolved in a base of glycerin and water, this extract is rich in proteins, vitamins, fibers, and essential minerals such as manganese, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus. It is recommended to be incorporated into formulas within the water phase at a typical usage level of 5 – 10%.
