Chicory pulp is a byproduct obtained from the process of extracting inulin from chicory roots. In this production method, the roots undergo thin slicing and washing. Following the separation of inulin, the remaining chicory pulp undergoes pressing and drying. The outcome is a light-grey granulate featuring the distinctive flavor and aroma characteristic of chicory.
