Eyebright, a plant whose above-ground parts are utilized for medicinal purposes, is ingested orally to address conditions such as swelling (inflammation) of the nasal cavity and sinuses (rhinosinusitis), allergies, hay fever, among others. However, it’s important to note that there is currently insufficient scientific evidence to substantiate the effectiveness of Eyebright for these applications.
