The leaves are arranged opposite each other, featuring a broadly ovate or elliptic-rhomboid shape, with a cordate or subtruncate base and a underside covered in fulvous tomentum. The flowers exhibit hues of orange-yellow or brownish-yellow, arranged in dichotomously branched panicles of 3-flowered cymes, each adorned with a velvety tomentose texture.
