Amla powder is a natural immunostimulant that can help boost the immune system. Amla powder is rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants that help protect cells from damage and promote healing. Additionally, amla may help stimulate the production of white blood cells, which are essential for fighting infection.

The phytonutrients and antioxidants in amla can benefit memory by fighting against free radicals that can attack and damage brain cells.
